Our Leadership

Joshua Hogue has served the banking industry since 2005 and leads Reliabank with a commitment to community banking, local decision-making, and long-term customer relationships. As President and CEO, he works alongside the leadership team to guide the bank’s strategic direction while supporting the employees, customers, and communities Reliabank serves throughout eastern South Dakota.

Joshua believes community banking is about more than financial services—it’s about building lasting relationships, embracing innovation, and investing in the people and businesses that strengthen local communities.

Outside of the bank, Joshua enjoys giving back through several community organizations and industry leadership roles.

Jan Johnson has served on the Reliabank Board of Directors since 1991 and became Chair of the Board in 2025. As Chair, she helps guide the Board’s strategic direction while supporting Reliabank’s mission of delivering personal service, investing in local communities, and strengthening the family-owned values that have defined the bank for generations.

As a member of the Johnson family, owners of Reliabank since 1967, Jan is honored to continue the legacy established by Walter K. Johnson and David W. Johnson, whose leadership helped shape Reliabank into the community bank it is today. She also serves on the bank’s Asset Liability Committee and contributes her editorial expertise to bank communications.

Outside of Reliabank, Jan enjoys participating in book clubs, competing in Senior Games events, and spending time with her family, including her eight grandchildren.

Jeremy Keizer serves as Sioux Falls Market President at Reliabank. He has worked in banking and financial services since 2006 and has been with Reliabank since 2010. His lending specialties include commercial lending, agricultural lending, and home financing.

Jeremy brings his commercial banking experience to relationships with local businesses and values the personal service of a family-owned community bank.

Outside of Reliabank, Jeremy enjoys hunting, fishing, football, golfing, and spending time with his three children.

Su Benning serves as Chief Operations Officer at Reliabank. She has worked in banking and financial services since 1994 and has been with Reliabank since 1998. She oversees the Operations Department and helps evaluate and implement new products and technology.

Su supports customers using Reliabank’s business online Cash Management service. She values innovation, responsive local service, and timely decision-making.

Outside of Reliabank, Su enjoys attending her two children’s activities and golfing with her husband.

Reid Johnson serves as Chief Culture Officer and Marketing Director at Reliabank. Growing up in the family that has owned Reliabank since 1967, he has spent much of his life around community banking. He worked as a customer service representative during high school and joined Reliabank full-time in 2011.

Reid focuses on employee culture, the customer experience, and community involvement. His work connects Reliabank’s volunteer and donation efforts with its commitment to the communities it serves.

Outside of Reliabank, Reid enjoys coaching sports, mentoring, and spending time with his wife and their seven children.

Ethan Johnson serves as Treasury Officer at Reliabank and has worked in banking and financial services since 2014. He grew up in the family business and worked as a customer service representative during high school, later gaining experience in loan review and lending.

Ethan handles financial reporting, oversees the bank’s bond portfolio, and analyzes financial benchmarks. His work supports the financial foundation behind Reliabank’s customer banking services.

Outside of Reliabank, Ethan enjoys golfing, and spending time with his wife and daughter, and their dog, Bella.

Ann Buckmiller serves as Compliance Director at Reliabank and has worked in banking and financial services since 2010. She joined Reliabank in 2019 because of its commitment to community banking and local decision-making.

Ann focuses on helping Reliabank deliver compliant, customer-focused products and services. She believes strong local businesses and neighbors supporting one another help communities thrive.

Beyond her role at Reliabank, Ann participates in banking and community organizations through board service and industry work groups. She also has experience as a TeamMates mentor.

Candis Almond serves as HR Director at Reliabank. She has worked in banking and financial services since 2017 and joined Reliabank in 2022. She holds the Professional in Human Resources and SHRM Certified Professional credentials.

Growing up in Castlewood, South Dakota, Candis saw Reliabank’s commitment to local communities firsthand. She values the employees who help strengthen those communities through their work and relationships.

Candis lives in Sioux Falls with her husband and two sons, and primarily works from Reliabank’s Sioux Falls branch.
