Teller/Customer Service Representative, Sioux Falls, SD

Schedule: Full-Time
Job Description: The main functions of the teller/customer service representative will be to greet and assist customers with various in-person transactions, answer and assist customers over the phone, and open new accounts as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities
Greet and assist new and existing customers as they enter the bank.
Conduct a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, money orders, savings bonds, certificates of deposit, IRA’s, and/or loan transactions.
Open new demand deposit accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposit, IRAs, etc. for customers as needed.
Sell additional products to customers and participate in various retail product campaigns the bank initiates.
Refer customers to appropriate bank staff as needed.
Perform services in accordance with bank standards, policies, and procedures regarding document inspection, signature and amount verification, etc.

Qualifications:

Human Resource Director, Watertown, SD or Sioux Falls, SD

Schedule: Full-Time
Job Description: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all aspects of the human resource function. Specific responsibilities include setting HR strategies, policies and procedures for talent optimization from recruiting, to employee training, coaching, development and engagement. This position ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulation and oversees the administration of all HR processes.

This position must understand the culture and fundamental strategic direction of the bank and actively engage in implementation of those strategies. As part of the Senior Management Team, this position will participate in setting the overall strategic direction for the bank to assure that tactics are in place to achieve the set strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities
Create and maintain current Job Descriptions.
Recruit and manage the candidate pipeline, selection, interview, and hiring processes.
Develop onboarding and training programs.
Oversee the performance evaluation process.
Conduct discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Supervise the input, maintenance and processing of payroll data.
Chair the compensation committee and periodically review compensation strategy and structure within the bank and perform market analysis.
Develop organization strategies.
Manage the Human Resources Department.

Physical Capabilities:
Ability to use eye sight, hearing, hand, finger and arm mobility to utilize the following technology and equipment: calculator, telephone, personal computer, and other office equipment. Must be able to tolerate extended hours in front of a computer screen. Must be capable of regularly lifting up to 20 pounds, and tolerate standing for at least 20 minutes at a time.


Qualifications:
Education:
Requires a minimum of Bachelor’s degree. An educational focus in Human Resource Management is preferred. HR Certification through SHRM or HCI is desired.

Experience:
Two years of HR Experience is necessary.

Travel:
Travel to all bank locations (or branches) is required from time to time. Travel is primarily during the business day, although some overnight travel may be expected.

Assists other staff members in the rotation of bookkeeping and operations duties including, Proof, General Ledger, and Edit. Perform end of day balancing and reporting routines.
Refer customers to appropriate bank staff as needed.
Perform services in accordance with bank standards, policies, and procedures regarding document inspection, signature and amount verification, etc.
