Switching from your current bank to Reliabank has never been so easy!

You can download and print the forms below and bring them in to your nearest Reliabank location, or simply come in and let one of our friendly bankers know that you're ready to make the switch and we'll take care of the rest...we'll help complete the process.

1. Find the right Reliabank account for you!

• Open a Reliabank account by visiting any of our convenient locations.

2. Transfer your automatic payments and direct deposits to your Reliabank account by completing the appropriate forms

• Complete Change Payroll/Direct Deposit Form to inform your employer and/or other organizations that have direct deposit of your new Reliabank account.
• Change any automatic payments. Review your last few statements and note all automatic payments (make sure to leave sufficient funds to cover any outstanding checks or pending automatic payments). If you have any monthly payments, such as utility or loan payments automatically deducted from your account you can use the Change Automatic Payment Form to inform these companies of your new account information.

3. Close Your Old Account

• Destroy checks, ATM/debit cards and deposit slips from your old bank when you receive your Reliabank debit card and checks.
• Let outstanding checks or automatic payments clear. This may take over a week. 
• Use the Close Account Form to notify your old financial institution to close your account. To find the account numbers for your old account, look at the bottom of your checks for a series of numbers. Bank routing numbers are the first nine digits of the series, the second set of numbers is your old account number.
