1920 Chartered by Fred Beskow family as Farmers National Bank of South Shore
1925 Moved to Strandburg
1926 Moved charter to Estelline, its present location
1945 Name is changed to Farmers State Bank of Estelline
1968 Bank is bought by Walter K. Johnson
1988 David W. Johnson & sister Cynthia Johnson purchased bank from family
1992 Purchased Hamlin County Bank of Hayti and Hazel
1996 Hazel Branch building placed in National Registry of Historical Places

1997

Watertown branch opened

1999 Watertown permanent facility opened. Name is changed to Reliabank Dakota
2000 Ron Peterka Insurance Agency acquired
2002 Watertown SW location opened at the corner of Hwy 212 & 20 
2003 The David W Johnson family purchased the stock of Cynthia A Johnson

Hartford branch opened
