purchased Hamlin County Bank of Hayti & Hazel in April of 1992.
The bank in Hayti was remodeled during the winter months and was
completed in May 1993. An open house was held July 9th, 1993 to
celebrate the event. Hayti is the county seat of Hamlin County,
the headquarters of N.E. Ed Coop and the home of Hamlin High School.
